When choas erupted around the world in 2020, all events, raves and almost all other forms of physical entertainment were cancelled, we all turned to the internet. Event organisers started hosting livestreams and online raves and we could at least pretend to be at a party in the chat of those streams. However, there was one problem: when the stream is done, you loose contact with the people you were happily chatting with moments before.

On one good night in April 2020, we sought to end this problem by creating a Discord server where all lockdown ravers could hang out and chat after the streams were done. A sort of International Afterparty, if you will.

The server was a big success and has since then grown to over 500 members and counting! It is the main hub of the International Afterparty community and is the place to be get involved with everything EIA.

The EIA Discord server is an inclusive and all-encompassing space, where lots of events are planned and discussed, music is shared and created, fun conversations and discussions are being held and where memes, stories, games and videos are being shared.

EIA will never be limited to just our own events, label or creations. We started as a platform for everyone, and will always remain that way.
